Changes And Cancellations :

-Is it possible to change my delivery address ?

The delivery address can be changed if the package has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.In the event that we cannot make the change of address directly on our system, usually because the package has already been dispatched, it will be impossible for us to change the delivery address.
-Is it possible to modify my order ?
It is possible to modify your order by sending us an email to our address contact@cotonhouse.fr

However, please note that once shipped, your order cannot be changed.

-How to cancel my order? 

For this, please contact us. You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. 

Delivery:

-When will i receive my order? 
Items available in stock are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Pre-order products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.
SPECIAL COVID19 : Due to the health crisis, a possible delay in delivery can occur but generally it does not exceed a few days. We apologize for this unforeseeable external cause.
-My order is late. Why? 
Don't worry, your order will be delivered to you soon. We may be late when we register a high number of orders, especially during the holiday season. We do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible.

Also, we cannot control external events that are not within our jurisdiction such as demonstrations, strikes and problems related to the transport of goods which can delay deliveries for a long time.

We compensate for these exceptionally long delivery times by offering you quality products.
-Why are delivery times so long? 
CotonHouse ships its products from France. Delivery times include both shipping and delivery times.
-I have not received my entire order. Why ?

-I have not yet received my product, what should I do?

If the above delivery times have been exceeded, please contact our customer service who will find a solution to your problem as soon as possible.

Regarding complaints and requests due to long delivery times and sent before these deadlines are exceeded, customer service agrees the right not to respond to them before the indicative deadline has elapsed.

-Where are your items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our offices in France.

-I made a mistake in my address / my name and my order could not be delivered. How to proceed ?

If the address or name provided during your purchase is not correct and has not been reported before shipment of the order, CotonHouse cannot be held responsible.

In the event that the order is returned to us: We can reship the products to you upon payment of the transport costs associated with the reshipment.

In the event that the order is not returned to us: It will be necessary to reorder via our website. No reimbursement can be considered.

Product quality :

-The product does not conform to the photo what to do?

Our products are made with quality materials, they may have color or size irregularities. This is normal and you can always return the product if you do not like it and get a refund after we have received it.
