  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of placement for all orders (including those with expedited shipping).

Free Shipping Offers:

  • USA: Free shipping on orders over $79.
  • UK: Free shipping on orders over £79.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a last mile tracking number via email to track your package in real-time.

Additional Information:

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of CotonHouse's control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
  • Shipping charges for non-standard shipping options or remote locations may vary. The cost will be displayed at the checkout page.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misappropriated packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim and/or file a report with local law enforcement for stolen packages.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or illegible addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable shipping fees. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order.

    For packages lost during transit due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer is not eligible for a refund. Packages stuck with carriers due to customer-provided address errors are subject to additional shipping fees and product costs for redelivery.
