Return Policy

Duration: Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging (the bag the lingerie is packaged in—shipping boxes are not required).

Items are not eligible for return if they show any of the following:

  • Signs of wear, stretching, or damage from use
  • Removed, altered, or missing tags
  • Evidence of being tried on (including stretching, discoloration, or indentation marks)
  • Stains or odors
  • Damage inconsistent with normal handling
  • Final sale items

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns: To request a return, visit your account page. 

  • Domestic (US): We offer a convenient, prepaid return label for a flat fee of $6.99, which will be deducted from your final refund.

  • International (Canada & Elsewhere): Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees and must purchase their own shipping label.
To ensure your returned item is received, we strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.


Exchanges (if applicable): We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different size, send us an email at contact@cotonhouse.fr

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
