Because we care about our planet, we are committed to a more responsible production. Because COTON HOUSE believes in small steps that go a long way, in 2021 we want to engage in green commitments such as:
🌿🌱 Favor eco-responsible materials 🌿🌱
This season, many of our lingerie items have been produced from recycled fibers in specialized factories certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard). Some of our swimsuit ranges are made from a 100% green Eco-Wave material, made from waste collected in the Mediterranean. Finally this season, we hope that several of our ready-to-wear pieces are made with a fiber of plant origin and biodegradable.
Limit waste🚛
We pay attention to our waste: most of our materials are reused. This is why you will be able to find some fabrics from our old collections. We also buy back the stocks of existing fabrics from the factories to avoid waste and also limit the dyeing of elastics, accessories and panty liners as much as possible.
In 2022 we want to work with factories that respect the environment and the working conditions of employees👭👭👫
Turn to cleaner packaging🥦🍠
We are gradually trying to promote packaging made from recyclable materials. We are also committed to offering jersey pouches in bio plastics (made from sugar cane), in renewable materials. And because the path does not end there, we will continue to move, season after season and small step after small step, towards more responsible production.
